Outside

The caravan is situated on the hillside above the family entertainment centre, which is less than a five minutes walk away. Outside the caravan is a level, grassy area, which is in the sunshine nearly all day, ideal for enjoying lunch al fresco. There are sea views across the bay as far as Brixham. The caravan has its own parking space. The sandy beach is a longer stroll away, of about ten to fifteen minutes.

Lounge Area

The lounge area has comfortable seating, part of which pulls out to make a double bed. There is a colour television/video combi and a stereo radio/cassette/CD player. A large window at the front of the caravan reveals views over the new family entertainment centre and across the sea to Torquay and Brixham. There is a gas fire with a mirror above it and several storage cupboards.

Dining Area

The dining area will seat six people in comfort.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is equipped with a gas cooker, a fridge with ice-box and a microwave. An electric kettle and toaster are supplied. There is crockery and cutlery for eight people.

Bedroom One

The main bedroom has a double bed with storage cupboards above it, two bedside cabinets, a dressing table and a wardrobe.

Bedrooms Two & Three

Bedrooms two and three have twin beds with a bedside cabinet between them. The beds can be pushed together to make a double if required. There is also a wardrobe in the room.

Shower Room

The shower room is fitted with a shower and wash basin. A mirror is located above the wash basin.
