All telephone bookings are provisional.
A deposit of £50.00 is required for
each week booked and needs to reach us within seven days to confirm
booking.
Cheques and postal orders should be made
payable to "Mrs. C. A. Bawden".
Cash payments should be sent by registered
post as no responsibility can be accepted for their loss.
The balance of payment is due six weeks
before your holiday commences. If this is not received on time,
the booking will be cancelled. No deposit will be refunded.
If booking less than six weeks before your
holiday commences, the full payment is due at time of booking.
If, due to illness, injury or accident,
you are unable to take your holiday, you must advise us immediately
by telephone. This should then be confirmed in writing, including
a Doctors Note.
If written confirmation is received
more than 42 days before the start of
your holiday, we will return all payments (less deposit).
between 42 and 15 days before the start
of your holiday, we will return 50% of your payment (less deposit).
less than 14 days before the start of
your holiday, then no refund will be made.
We cannot accept liability for any injury,
loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party. We recommend
that you consult your local insurance broker for personal insurance.
The holiday prices include the cost of passes
to leisure facilities. Please ensure that all members of your party
are listed on the booking form, so that passes can be issued. Only
persons listed on the booking form can occupy the caravan.
We are unable to accept bookings from
all male or all female groups.
groups under 21 years of age.
Guests causing a nuisance to other holidaymakers
or park staff may be requested to leave the park. No refund will
given.
For the comfort of other guests, we do not
allow pets or smoking in the caravan. Ball games are not permitted
in the areas between and around the caravans.
No items are to be removed from the caravan
under any circumstances.
The caravan must be left in a clean and
tidy condition. Any breakages or damage must be reported to us immediately.
No attempts should be made to repair or replace any items. The hirer
is responsible for all members of their party and any losses, breakages
or damage done to the caravan during their stay.
Keys for the caravan will be available from
the reception at 3.00pm on the first day of your holiday. Keys must
be returned to reception by 10.00am on the day of departure. Failure
to do so will result in a £10.00 charge to cover cost of replacement.
All bookings are also subject to the terms
and conditions of the park as noted in current brochure.
In the case of any dispute, our decision
is final.
